Director of Public Relations:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to: COO

The Director of Public Relations develops and markets BPCG’s Public Relations Division and its people/products. Monitors and controls the revenue growth and profitability of the Public Relations Division. The Director of Public Relations actively pursues new business opportunities and provides counsel to others in the department to help manage the overall workload. The Director of Public Relations maintains top-level client contact and represents the department at BPCG’a new business and other meetings as needed. The Director of Public Relations leads new business and BPCG’s retention efforts.  This includes scouting new business opportunities, analyzing research, writing public relations proposals and plans, and making presentations to potential clients. The Director of Public Relations works to manage department employees and evaluate staffing requirements. The Director of Public Relations represents the division and company in the community through affiliation with non-profit/civic organizations and professional associations.

Maintains positive working relationships with BPCG’s other divisions, in order to enhance project workflow and cultivate new business opportunities. The Director of Public Relations oversees division account planning, revenue growth, profitability, work quality, client relations and strategic development. The Director of Public Relations sets the tone to create a spirit of department teamwork, enthusiasm and high quality.

Chief Financial Officer:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to: COO

Chief Financial Officer develops the financial well being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans; directing staff. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the COO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to- day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

The CFO provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. The CFO accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.

The CFO develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. The CFO establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. The CFO develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.

The Balanced Sheet Enhancement Platform (BSEP+) is a “proprietary” Business Method “back office” solution that creates investment grade collateral to make Small-to- Medium size Businesses (SMBs) more “bankable,” provides “principal protection” for Investment Funds (IFs), and provides Education Planning capital solutions for Single Family Offices (SFOs).
